Nanortalik, Greenland part 1
Today was a pleasant day! Sunday, so we went to 8:00 a.m. mass. Although we do not commune out of respect for our Roman brothers and sisters, the liturgy is more relatable to us than the Baptist service.
We had no land excursion scheduled, so we took our time going onshore in Nanortalik. It was about the same size (1,000-1,200) as Maapiut yesterday. There were a few sellers of handmade beaded crafts, but nothing caught our eyes. Disappointing, because I really wanted to bring home a souvenir!
We saw more of the brightly colored buildings.
